Registration is now open for Community Education Cardio Drumming!

Clio Community Education is excited to once again offer Cardio Drumming with Kheila Knight! Classes will be held on Wednesdays beginning January 7th and the session will run for six weeks.

Cardio Drumming is a versatile and beneficial exercise that combines physical, mental, and social aspects to promote overall well-being. Kheila Knight will lead these classes aimed at helping participants burn calories, increase heart rate, relieve stress and anxiety, and improve coordination and balance.

CLASS DATES: January 7, 14, 21, 28 and February 4, 11 from 6:00-6:45 pm and held in the Clio High School cafeteria

COST: $60.00, payable in the Clio Athletic office or online

REGISTRATION: Complete the Cardio Drumming Registration Form. Registration closes January 5, 2026.

EQUIPMENT: You may bring your own equipment or rent/buy a kit, which includes a bucket, ball, and drumsticks. Kits can be purchased for $40 or rented for $5.00.
